Consulting to Human Resources teams

The Human Resources domain is very special to me. For many years, I was part of Human Resources teams, first as a recruiter, then as an HRBP, HR Director, and Chief People Officer.

I provide consulting to Human Resources teams to translate the company's business direction into effective HR solutions. I also help them build proper infrastructure and effective tools in the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Leadership development domains. Additionally, I coach HR

teams in areas such as:

Talent Management solutions based on the company's DNA, using innovative tools and supportive technology
Development of internal coaching skills, including personal coaching, team facilitation, and change management
International People Operations Management, addressing cultural differences and generating solutions for better communication and partnerships.

The HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) plays a critical role in realizing the company's business strategy by designing and implementing processes, tools, and skills for people management and organizational development. The HRBP serves various clients, including employees, managers, and senior leadership, each with unique needs and expectations. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the HRBP's responsibilities and a diverse set of competencies, ranging from empathy to the ability to lead strategic processes such as organizational change or company culture redesign.

The HRBP program strengthens participants as trusted partners in leading the company's business and developing leadership skills, among other essential skills, to ensure the company's success.
