As a seasoned psychologist and organizational consultant with 25 years of experience in the business world, I've helped countless management teams tackle a wide range of challenges: From navigating rapid growth and M&A to leading cultural shifts and global management transitions. Prior to 2017, I held top Human Resources leadership roles in multiple global organizations. As the former Head of Human Resources of Liveperson, I led cross-functional teams and managed crucial partnerships with executives and Board of Directors in a complex international environment.

For the past five years, I've had the privilege of working as a consultant, helping leaders in various industries unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Combining my extensive managerial and business experience with my expertise as an organizational psychologist, I provide managers and companies with the tools they need to excel and be at their best.
